Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions pertaining to the use of this website (Lambertfineminerals.com, hereby referred to as “website”) and its services apply to all individuals and companies (hereby referred to as “users” and/or “customers”) using said services. The website retains the right to amend or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any point and at any time.

  • Disclaimer of liability
    • The website is not responsible for any damages users suffer as a result of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the user.
  • Intellectual Property/Trademarks 
    • Any brands or trademarks contained or presented on the website are not to be misused in any way and nothing contained within the website should be construed as granting any license or the right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of the owner of the website.
  • Payment Terms
    • Full payment is required when an order is placed by a customer. The website is not required to provide any goods until payment has been received. Until payment has actually cleared, no orders will be dispatched. In the case where payment does not clear, the website has a right to cancel the order completely. 
  • Data Protection
    • Customer data will only be used to fulfill customer orders and maintain website/customer relations not limited to marketing emails, order status emails, and promotional emails. It will not be provided to third parties outside of this scope. Inactive account data will be retained for up to 6 months. Pending, failed, and canceled order data will be saved for up to 7 days starting from the time of the initial placement of the order. Completed order data will be retained for up to 6 months. 
    • This website utilizes cookies and other technology to analyze user behavior and information across the website. This website utilizes Google Analytics and follows all applicable laws set forth by the US, Canada, European Union, and Australia. 
  • Delivery Terms
    • Delivery costs and methods will be based upon the customer’s location. The website will do everything reasonably within its power to ensure that orders are shipped using reliable and safe methods. The website shall not be liable for any damages to orders that take place during any part of the shipping process. Quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed. 
  • Product Information & Warranties
    • The website provides no warranty on items purchased. Due to the nature of the products sold, products are sold “as seen” or otherwise displayed and described. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund of the order will be issued.
    • All information regarding product measurement and dimensions are approximate.  
  • Right to cancel
    • An order may be canceled by using the Contact Us page or by sending an email to info@lambertfineminerals.com. Order can only be canceled if the website is contacted promptly after an order is placed and before the order has been shipped. Because the time between receiving and fulfilling an order can vary, the website makes no guarantees that any specific order may be canceled. Once an order has shipped, it may not be canceled.
  • Returns
    • If you receive a specimen that you are not satisfied with or that you believe has been damaged during shipping, please follow the below process:
      • Notify us within 48 hours via our Contact Us page or via an email to info@lambertfineminerals.com. Please include your name and order number (found in your order confirmation email). If the specimen is damaged during shipping, you will be required to provide pictures when we follow up with you.
      • If any labels were provided with the specimen and it must be returned, all labels must also be returned with it. 
      • All specimens must be returned in the same condition they were sold in (the exception being for damaged specimens).
      • Returns must be received by LambertFineMinerals within 10 days of the customer’s initial receipt of the package. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs even in the event of a damaged specimen.
      • Your original method of payment will be credited for the return upon resolution of the return process.
  • External Links
    • Any external links found within the website are provided for convenience. These external links are outside of the website’s control and any user should use them at their own risk.
